A well referenced, advanced process
Casale NA2000 is a nitric acid dual-pressure scheme that offers low operating cost in term of specific ammonia consumption and precious metals losses, while ensuring high specific steam/energy export.
These plants can be designed up to 2000 MTD capacity and with nitric acid concentration up to 68%wt.
Specific ammonia consumption ranges from 282 to 284 kg/MT of HNO3.
Key features
- Dual pressure
- Reduced ammonia consumption and precious metals losses
