Casale announced today that it won a major contract by Messrs. Togliatti Azot (Russia) for setting up a new urea plant at their site in Togliatti, Russia.
The new plant will have a capacity of 2200 MTD and will be based entirely on Casale’s own urea process. According to terms of the agreement Casale will be responsible to provide licensing, basic and detail engineering, permitting and supply of itemized equipment.
The plant is expected to be on stream in the second quarter of 2018.
