Casale Purifier is a special designed exchanger that re-evaporates part of process condensate shell side through process steam condensation.
This simple solution concentrates contaminants on one side while clean steam is purified so that it can be used within fertilizer complex (< 30 ppmw).
The concentrated condensate stream can be recovered as make-up water to scrubbing system and to fed to nitrc acid plant absorption tower. This unit can easily retrofit existing plant.
