COMPETENCE BOOSTER PROGRAM
A certified year-long experience to boost your professional career
The Casale Career Booster Programme, dedicated to graduates or Ph.D. students, offers a 12-month learning experience where you will work in different positions and areas within Casale: Engineering, Process, Project, Commercial, and Digital. This will allow you to comprehensively understand our structures and methods and how the different departments work together to bring a project to life.
The personalised training programme offers theoretical and practical focuses for each area, so you can experience what it means to work in the field, from the feasibility study to the construction of a plant, from the initial sales proposal to the digital after-sales service. You will also discover how our R&D department works and gain insight into all our other departments to understand how we work as a company. A personal tutor will always be at your side, and you’ll get all the technical support you need from the Casale professionals you’ll be working with. At the end of the program, you’ll be awarded the Competence Booster Certificate, a valuable qualification that represents a high-level starting point for your professional career.

Dive into the world of plant & piping design
You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the selection and use of machinery in Casale’s plants and even help prepare technical documentation.
But that’s not all: you’ll also become familiar with piping components and their management, from design to on-site installation.
Uncover the essence of our company and witness how a project springs to life
Get an inside look at how we define the architecture of our plants and the basic definition and sizing of all their components. Join our team of process engineers and participate in technical meetings with our customers.
Work with Casale’s top engineering and R&D professionals to learn about steady-state and dynamic simulations and understand the concepts of sustainable plant design and decarbonization of old plants.
Unfold the power of storytelling
You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our product and technology portfolio and get up close and personal with the commercial aspects of our sales and customer relationships. You’ll experience the development of a commercial proposal and learn how a commercial proposal is created and proposed.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and communication departments, you’ll learn how to bridge the gap between potential customers’ needs and Casale’s products/services.
Master the art of industrial project management
You will experience industrial project management first-hand and learn project management techniques. Starting with a planned project, our project managers will show you the ropes, teaching you how to plan, monitor and analyse budgets, costs, and revenues. In short, you’ll see everything that must be done to bring a facility to life.
You’ll also get an inside look at materials procurement, from purchase to delivery, and experience a plant construction site first-hand.
Discover digital technology in plant construction & optimization
You will discover how our cutting-edge digital technologies are applied to solve challenging thermodynamic and process simulation problems using our proprietary computational codes, manage and store business-relevant data using advanced databases, and perform data analysis to gain business insights.
