Casale and Orica have agreed a deal for the acquisition, by Casale, of Orica’s complete process and know-how to produce Low Density Ammonium Nitrate (LDAN).

PJSC Metafrax, one of the leading Russian chemical companies, and Casale have entered into a contract for the supply of Basic Engineering Design for a second melamine plant to be implemented near the one currently under construction at Gubakha, Perm Region (Russia).

Casale is happy to announce that it was awarded a new contract by Messrs. Nak Azot, member of Eurochem group (Russia), for the revamping of their Toyo ammonia plant at Novomoscovsk, with goal to boost the output up to 2000 MTD whilst reducing the energy consumption. Under the deal Casale will provide license, know-how and the basic design. The project is expected to be completed by end of 2017.

Casale is pleased to announce that has acquired a major contract by Messrs. Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd (India) for the provision of Basic Engineering Design services regarding the revamping of their ammonia-urea complex in Goa, India.

Casale announced today that it won a major contract by Messrs. Togliatti Azot (Russia) for setting up a new urea plant at their site in Togliatti, Russia.

Casale is pleased to announce the signature of a contract with CF Industries covering the revamping of their Courtright (Canada) urea plant , with the target to increase the output by 50%, in order to reach 1100 MTD.
